Data You Provide Directly
Search boxes on this site send the name, phone number, or address entered by a user to the third-party provider that supplies the results. We do not store those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to answer the message.
Data Collected Automatically
As with most websites, hosting systems record standard logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to keep the site running and understand which pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
The data described above is used to operate the site, diagnose problems, measure traffic, and improve page content. We do not sell visitor lists. We do not create profiles of individual users.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to government portals, Crittenden County and Arkansas records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each outside site has its own privacy policy. Data submitted to those sites is governed by their rules, not ours, including sponsored search results supplied by a third-party company. Arkansas records also have record-specific privacy rules, such as vital-record limits under Ark. Code Ann. § 20-18-305, confidential voter identifiers, secure-voter address protections, DPPA limits on driver data, sealed or juvenile court records, and redactions in recorded documents.
Who May See Data
Service providers that host and support this site may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How Data Is Protected
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes listed above. Because this site has no user accounts, it does not hold a password or account profile for visitors.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed to children and is intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds about you. The West Memphis research materials did not identify a separate Arkansas consumer-privacy statute for this notice, so this policy keeps the rights language general. Because we hold very little, most requests are narrow: we can check our contact mailbox and server logs and remove what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by West Memphis, Crittenden County, or Arkansas offices are outside our control; access and correction questions for those records must go to the custodian office under the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Ark. Code Ann. §§ 25-19-101 et seq., including § 25-19-105 where public-record access applies.
